Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing artwork from my website. Please read our refund policy carefully:

Original Artwork:

  • We do not accept refunds on original artwork.
  • If the original artwork arrives damaged due to issues caused by us, we will provide a replacement. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your artwork with evidence of the damage.

Prints:

  • We accept refund requests for prints within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is not damaged by the customer.
  • To be eligible for a refund, the print must be returned in its original condition.
  • Refunds will not be processed for prints that are damaged after delivery.
  • Since all prints are made to order, once an order is placed and production begins, we are unable to cancel or offer refunds. Please double-check your order before completing your purchase.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement:

  • Please contact chris@solczy.com with your order details and evidence of the damage or issue.
  • Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions for the return or replacement process.
